Position Overview:
Garden Counseling & Wellness Group (GCWG) is hiring mental health therapists who can provide virtual counseling services to our clients and patients. These counseling services include treatment of individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression and various work, school and life stressors. We are currently looking for therapists who are passionate about mental health, providing care to marginalized and underserved communities and ready to be a part of a fun, collaborative and growing team. Provide counseling services to clients as scheduled and in accordance with GCWG policies.
Abide by all ethical laws and regulations outlined for mental healthcare providers.
Communicate with individuals in clients’ treatment teams (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
Complete written records for each client accurately and in a timely manner.
Attend staff meetings and training as scheduled.
Conduct therapy services in a professional manner.
Express kindness, respect and cooperation with fellow team members.
Other duties as assigned.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Have availability to conduct at least 15 client appointments per week
Have a Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, marriage/ family therapy or social work by 8/1/2023. Spring and summer 2023 grads are encouraged to apply.
Hold an active mental health license (e.g. PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LMHC, LMHCA, etc.) in the State of WA by 8/1/2023.
Able to comfortably work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, especially, BIPOC communities

$60-$85 per clinical hour worked + $25 base pay. Pay is dependent on the types of services provided and the applicant’s experience (Potential to make up to $80,000 per year)
