About Jennifer:

Jennifer is an Afro-Caribbean American woman with a rich and expansive career within the mental health field. She is a Washington State Approved Supervisor, Geriatric Mental Health specialist and a seasoned mental health clinician with over fifteen years of experience. Additionally, she has experience working with various agencies such as Yahoo, Ultimate Medical Academy, SEIU Benefits group 775 and City Year.

Jennifer provides clinical supervision and consultation to Garden Counseling & Wellness Group clinical staff by helping to develop the skills of our clinicians and helping to ensure our clinical team is providing effective and ethical care. 

Jennifer also enjoys supporting fellow clinicians and organizations on a variety of mental health matters such as anxiety, depression, crisis management, racial trauma, life transitions, grief, and loss. 

She brings a warm, humorous, and interactive approach to her work, and believes in providing a safe space for individuals and organizations to explore professional development and growth. 

Jennifer has earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida and a Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University.
